- Explore as a Guest: Use Guest Mode to browse available rooms, view features, and explore amenities to ensure they meet your needs.

Register to Book: Proceed to the Registration Page to create an account. Provide:
- Your full name and email address.
- Emergency contact details.
- A clear profile picture.
- Identity and student verification documents: Ghana Card or NHIS Card, and Student ID or Admission Letter from Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU).
- Accept Terms and Conditions: Review and accept the hostel’s Terms and Conditions during registration. A copy will be sent to your email upon completion.
- Verify Your Email: After submitting your registration, you’ll receive a verification code via email. Enter this code on the Email Verification Page to complete your registration.
- Book a Room: Log in to your personal dashboard, browse available rooms, and visit the Room Profile Page to select an available bed. Click the “Book” button to submit your booking request.
- Await Approval: Check your dashboard and email regularly for updates on your booking status. You’ll receive a confirmation email indicating whether your booking is approved or rejected. Rejections may occur if the room capacity is reached or if documents are unverifiable.
- Attend an Interview (if required): Upon booking approval, you may be invited for an interview at the Office of Student Affairs. You’ll be notified via email or your dashboard with the interview schedule and details. Ensure you attend promptly and bring any requested documents.

- Await Verification: Your receipt will be verified by our team. Once verified, you’ll receive an email with full details of your room allocation, confirming your stay.
- Note the Deadline: Failure to pay by the deadline will result in automatic revocation of your booking. Ensure timely payment to secure your room.
